Become a Trustee for Think Ahead

Think Ahead are looking for two new Trustees to join our dedicated and experienced Board of Trustees.

We are looking for two inspiring leaders to bring experience and insight to an already strong Board. Currently led by Professor Dame Carol Black CBE, our Trustees work together to set strategic objectives and ensure Think Ahead delivers on its priorities.

We are keen to hear from candidates who share our vision for innovation in the mental health workforce. We welcome candidates with public or private sector experience, who possess strong strategic, communication and ambassadorial skills. One of the appointments will be as Chair of the Board’s Finance, Audit and Risk Committee, so we are also looking for professionals with outstanding commercial and financial acumen.

Candidates should also be aligned with the mission and values of Think Ahead, with a particular commitment to promoting and championing diversity.
