Reasonable adjustments

We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive and contribute their best. We offer a number of adjustments at each stage of the application process to support equal opportunities.

For example, if you have dyslexia or identify as neurodiverse, we can provide extra time, and if you have visual or hearing impairments, we can provide accessible materials.

If you feel you would benefit from any of the adjustments listed below please let us know in your registration form. If you would like to speak to us to discuss your requirements in more detail, please email recruitment@thinkahead.org.

Occupational health assessment

After you have completed your Declaration of Suitability for Social work, we will invite you to an Occupational Health assessment. This is a one-to-one virtual meeting, which will result in a report being produced containing reasonable adjustment recommendations for your placement.
