Assessment Centre success: how to prepare for the public sector recruitment process 

Join us for a taste of what to expect at a public sector assessment centre, with hints and tips on how you can excel on the day. Think Ahead’s recruitment team will take you through some of the most common types of assessment centre exercises in the public sector recruitment processes. The session will include:

– preparing for a competency-based interview

– illustrating your strengths in a group assessment exercise

– highlighting common errors at assessment centres and how to avoid them

This session may be useful for any students wanting advice on how to succeed at a public sector assessment centre in order to feel as prepared as possible on the day. Our recruitment team will be sharing guidance on their personal experiences of what makes an exceptional candidate, and will be available to answer individual or group questions at the end of the session.
