At Think Ahead, we want to see a society where everyone with mental health problems can flourish. That won’t happen unless people can improve their social circumstances. To drive positive change, we created the Think Ahead programme: a new route into mental health social work for remarkable graduates and career-changers. It has become one of the country’s most competitive graduate schemes, with high-profile support across the political spectrum, extensive media coverage, and more than 20 applications for each place on the programme.
We’re looking for a dynamic and highly motivated professional to join our Programme team. You will play an important role supporting the delivery of our innovative programme. This could be your opportunity to make a personal impact in delivering the transformative work of Think Ahead.
The Programme Administrator will provide support to the programme in a number of ways. Working with a diverse range of stakeholders, the post holder must have experience of working in a supportive role with the ability to plan, support and coordinate a range of different projects. This role requires meticulous attention to detail with the flexibility to balance, anticipate and adapt to conflicting demands to deliver according to tight deadlines. Some of these projects will be recurrent on an annual basis while others will be time-limited.
If you’ve got what it takes, you’ll join a high-performing start-up charity with a dynamic atmosphere and opportunities every day for new achievements and experiences.
Think Ahead is committed to equality of opportunity, and we welcome applications from all sections of the community.
To apply, download the information pack and application form. Send the completed application form to email@example.com, and also fill in Think Ahead’s online equal opportunities monitoring form. Please do not send CVs.
The deadline for receipt of completed applications and equal opportunities forms is 9am on Monday 5 June 2017. Interviews will be held on Thursday 8 June 2017.
