Programme Director (Maternity Cover)

We are looking for an outstanding and highly experienced professional to cover the maternity leave of our Programme Director. About the role

We are looking to recruit an exceptional Programme Director, on a 12 month fixed term contract, to be at the heart of our programme which is a new route into mental health social work for talented graduates and career-changers. The role provides you with an exciting opportunity to make tangible differences to the lives of people who use mental health services across England. To support you in this role you will be leading a team including senior social workers which accounts for almost 80% of our charity’s budget.

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated professional to join our Recruitment team. You will play an important role in attracting and selecting the highest-quality participants to the Think Ahead programme.

The Recruitment Associate is responsible for supporting the delivery of the recruitment strategy to attract high-calibre individuals into mental health social work through all stages of the process: from initial attraction of applicants through university careers and alumni events, screening and assessing candidates to supporting participants up to the point that they start the programme.
