Reasonable adjustments

We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive and contribute their best. We offer a number of adjustments at each stage of the application process to support equal opportunities.

For example, if you have dyslexia or identify as neurodiverse, we can provide extra time, and if you have visual or hearing impairments, we can provide accessible materials.

If you feel you would benefit from any of the adjustments listed below please let us know in your registration form. If you would like to speak to us to discuss your requirements in more detail, please email recruitment@thinkahead.org.

Please note, for your assessment day you will be sent pre-reading materials including an extract of an article for the Interview with Social Worker and a case study for the Group Exercise. We send these seven days before the assessment.

We will also share the questions for the Interview with Social Worker and Interview with Lived Experience Partner, the Role play case study and Reflection framework with all candidates 90 minutes ahead of the assessment day.
